Engineering Department (Projects and Maintenance)

Works on Quality ,Productivity ,Cost and Safety and maintain 5\'s on Work place
Plan new projects using feasibility report ,supervise and maintain the EHS and Quality standards set out
in project documents.
Make sure of Completeness of projects on time also the inspections of Layout and visual checks by
involving all stake holders.
Documents verification and completion for monthly Maintenance Audits of third Parties.
Daily machine audit and reporting of machines, also Make plans for Preventive Maintenance and
procurement of machine parts by calculating optimum stock for any breakdown maintenance

Production Department (Assembly Shop)

Apply Toyota Production System to maintain balance between Quality , Productivity ,Cost ,5\'s and
Safety during production on line.
Plan and Established system for audit of countermeasure sustainability of pre-delivery service, shipping
quality audit & quality gates devised action plans to solve complains from customers and quality gates
to stop defects outflow. Prepare WIS and EIS for assembly process and maintain Barashi of Repair Area.
Accomplished CAPEX and RAVEX production projects, and suggest new projects based on feasibility
reports by assessing business requirements
Served as a Certified “Quality Control Circle” Trainer, trained Line members to spearhead teams,
initiated and devised system for backup equipment (arrangement, daily management and procurement).
Utilized SAP for procurement orders and delegated tasks to different Departments and teams, also
introduced and devised safety standards and monitoring system and confirm PDCA. .
Established effective SOP for assembly and repair area.
